We offer free shipping on all international orders above $150 USD.

Shipping Indian ethnic wear internationally involves logistics, secure packaging, and reliable courier services to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. These charges help us provide a fully trackable and dependable delivery experience to your doorstep.

• Total estimated delivery time: 10–15 business days from order placement to doorstep.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination country, peak shipping periods, and customs clearance delays.

Import duties and taxes, if applicable, are assessed once your package arrives in your country.

All international prices are displayed and processed in your local currency. We currently accept payments via PayPal.

Customers may return eligible products within a 15-day window. Returns must be self-shipped to the following address: Plot no. 859, Phase V, Udyog Vihar, Sector 19, Gurugram, Haryana - 122016.

Once the returned product(s) are received, they will undergo a quality inspection. Upon successful verification, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 24–48 business hours.

All international orders are managed through ShipGlobal and delivered via trusted logistics partners such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, and Aramex.

If you receive a defective or incomplete order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
