  • How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly on our website by browsing products, selecting your preferred size or customization, and checking out.
  • What discounts are currently available?
All ongoing offers and promotions are displayed on the website homepage and at checkout.
  • Can I modify the shipping address after placing my order?
Address can only be changed before dispatch. Please contact us immediately at help@alayabystage3.com or +91-8448863937.
  • What if my tracking page shows that my order hasn’t been shipped yet?
Most domestic orders dispatch within 48–72 hours (except Sundays & public holidays). If your order is delayed, contact our support team.
  • How can I place an order using store credits?
Store credits (Gift Cards) are issued to your registered email ID. Copy the code and paste it into the “Discount Code” field at checkout. Please fill in your address and contact details before applying the code.
  • What if I’m facing a payment issue?
We accept Razorpay, UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, PayPal (international), and COD (India). Contact help@alayabystage3.com or +91-8448863937 for assistance.

  • What are your delivery timelines?
Domestic Orders: Dispatched within 48–72 hours. Delivery in 3–7 working days.
International Orders: Dispatched within 5–7 business days and delivered in 7–12 business days after dispatch.

  • How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via SMS and email once your order is shipped. Tracking updates are available after 24 hours.
  • What are the shipping charges?
Domestic: Free for prepaid orders. COD charges ₹60.

International:
₹1–₹2,500 → ₹1,000
₹2,501–₹4,000 → ₹1,800
₹4,001–₹6,000 → ₹2,500
₹6,001–₹10,000 → ₹3,500
₹10,001–₹20,000 → ₹5,000
Above ₹20,000 → ₹8,000

  • What if my package is delayed or tampered?
If delayed: Call/WhatsApp +91-8448863937 or email help@alayabystage3.com. If tampered: Do not accept delivery and inform us immediately.

  • How can I raise a return or exchange?
You can raise requests from our Returns Page.
  • What is your return & exchange policy?
Exchanges allowed within 7 days of delivery (one time only, subject to stock).
Returns can be requested within 3 days of delivery. Refunds are issued as store credits with lifetime validity.
Products must be unused with original tags and packaging.

  • Which products are eligible?
All products except customised orders are eligible.
Gift card/store credit purchases: exchange only once.
Sale items: exchange only (one time).
